“Shreks with **** suckin’ lips.” Doggie Highlights – Youtuber Ramboraph4life

“I RATHER DRINK PICKLE D*** SOUP!” Eh, I don’t think he says that.

Comedy, passion, simple, understandable, all in one guy and what he stands for.

Been a subscriber/follower for this guy Ramboraph4life for a while, and there is something soothing about his movie reviews, even when he’s gosh darn upset about them. You can tell that he’s knowledgeable on a stack of movies that continues to grow, and fans contribute to him. I’m kind of enviable. He’s a big action film and horror movie fan. I also like that he reviews the classics; doesn’t look like that anything, no matter the quality, is beyond him.

If you have a favorite movie, and you like it and he doesn’t, he’ll always say “it’s your opinion” and explains himself. The good thing about his reviews are the comparisons that he remakes in directors and actors from other products. He also does video editing and game playthroughs.

Ram’s name is due to his love for the RAMBO series (and the Stallone-a-saurus REX) and Raphael from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. So for the love of pete, someone make a good TMNT movie.

CGI #saintseiya is coming to Netflix! Doggie Sketch a Day

Saint Seiya, AKA: Knights of the Zodiac, is coming to Netflix as a new CGI series.

So, why not have a sketch a day to commemorate?

This was done today but not sure how long. Could’ve been around five minutes. Okay, so the hands/fingers are getting a bit better.

The Red Comet World | 8 Great Rivals from the Robot Japanese anime genre (Part 4) #Auris #Char

ChB2a8dUkAEMTgG.jpg

We’re at the halfway point, and I wanted to mention GUNDAM at one point.

Char Aznable was a commanding officer in the Zeon Republic and the focal threat for  Amuro Rei, the main character of Mobile Suit Gundam. That’s the first title to this long-running series, and after that, there’s always been a masked man (or any guy hiding his eyes or face) that follows in the impression of giving the protagonist hell.

Thinking over the series as a whole, I kept wondering over which masked man/rival should I put on this list? I thought of the majority of the series, including Rau Le Cruset from SEED, Chronicle of V and Scwartz of G; for those who don’t have a mask, there’s Gato of STARDUST, Haman, and Daryl of THUNDERBOLT. Who’d be the best fighter that the main character is determined to face? I don’t even mind mentioning Luin Li of the Capital Guard (G of Reconguista).

I’ll have to go with the beginning, the one who started it all, even though he isn’t the most interesting fellow. Char Aznable has his own spin off, his movie, two artificial beings based off of him. No one can doubt that he has massive influence on this series, in real life, and in other products, really coming from the core of the first gundam series. His C.V Ikeda Shuuichi even calls Char “the main character”. It suits him well considering Char’s parents died, and that’s a typical case for gundam main characters 😉

His lines and nickname “The RED COMET” are often parodied as well, as well as a masked (or red-related) character that Ikeda Shuuchi plays (ie: Shanks from ONE PIECE). There’s even an Amuro-Char reverse parody in Detective Conan. Matter of fact, I think Char and Amuro are one of the most intense rivalries in the gundam series along with Gato and Kou in the short SATRDUST MEMORY series. In fact, the radical TITANS movement in Z Gundam was perpetrated to the actions of Gato and his superior Delaz.

Amuro and Char has constantly fought with each other, thus the latter’s mention. Consistent fighting, creating a new war, a long-time influence, a real-life connection, etc.

Notable Mention (?)

Yuuki Tatsuya, AKA: Meijin Kawaguchi, is the main rival of Sei Iori and Reiji in GUNDAM BUILD FIGHTERS. However, he isn’t the primary rival in the second season of BUILD FIGHTERS TRY, but still shows his might. I asked myself would I place Yuuki over Char? In conclusion, I said no. There is no denying this kid’s skill. Reiji had an absolute, burning desire to beat Yuuki just as much as Amuro did with Char. However, Build Fighters is a fun parody, shorter, and the battles between Yuuki and main are few in comparison. And since it is a part on a sports genre, Gunpla Battle, there are inevitably a TON of a rivals that intervene in the series that even the main rival has to put down in order to reach the top.

And Yuuki doesn’t parody Char’s lines, but he does use red units, including a Zaku, and he parodies the 0079 opening theme (ie: Moeagaru! Gunpla!“). So maybe Yuuki is theme song parodier ;D Even in second season, it’s the Fighter Try’s OP theme “CERULEAN”

GENKAI NANTE NAI!” (“There are no LIMITS!”)

World Influence
There is too many to mention. but this is one of my favorites. A Char-based TOYOTA Auris was build.

A little disappointing IMO. It looks almost the same as last time, but I pay a little extra attention to detail, lines, and I seem to officially gain a dynamic or pretty style.

Souma you’re still handsome, but he looks a little wicked? Almost looks like Go Nagai look and I like it.

The face is split into two, and the hair is above another “Segment” (of the same height). I had an issue with the face outline.

Edit: Going over it again, it’s the roundness of the head that puts off the hair symmetry. Second thought, it puts off the entire drawing.

The circle matters

A free acting sense? Mental Strength? Release the stress | 2015 Katsuki Masako x Shumei Doki Article (Part 1) #勝生真沙子

“The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched – they must be felt with the heart.”
Helen Keller (ヘレン・ケラー)

It’s been nearly two years in the making. Matter of fact, this was hanging in my documents, incomplete, for quite some time. Real life has gotten in the way, but this is something I wanted to place a lot of effort and accuracy into. Why?

Back in September 2015, there was a program special called Shumei Doki (趣味どきっ!一声入魂!アニメ声優塾; Hobby time! Voice consecration! Anime Voice actor private school!) hosted by multi-talent Nakagawa Shoko (AKA: SHOKOTAN) and two other guests. Each week, Shoko and these guests are assigned to a single instructor: Eight well known seiyu or voice actors. I love the majority of them, their craft indeed renowned.

What was this special about?”

Why is “that anime character” we know so attractive? The voice actors who breathe life and voice to the character, voice actors of effort and inventive idea, working behind the production, source of passion, are revealed to light.

This program, completing charming character, performance of voice actors are called “Ani god spirit”.

Lessons of life are learned.

One of the instructors, the seventh, is someone I would probably put in my TOP 10 Japanese voice actors. When it comes to females in entirety, she would probably rank in my TOP 5. I adore this person.

A sensual tone, a passionate timbre, probably a go-to-gal when you reliably want a strong female character, this person is probably best known to Westerners as the voice of NARUTO’s Fifth Hokage and Sailor Moon’s Sailor Neptune (in which was recently given to Ohara Sayaka for Sailor Moon Crystal) among a long line of credits – animation, tokusatsu, video games, dubbing, narrator, drama CDS, singing. Among her performances is her rather silly personality; she is also a VA tutor of the Tokyo Animation College in Shinjuku. There’s an impression that a “heart is straight”.

Her name is Katsuki Masako.
(その名前は勝生真沙子)

There are many things that I could say about this person but I should contain myself to the main topic.

In today’s age where there are live shows and music performances of seiyu, Katsuki-san’s appearance in media is quite rare. In such an opportunity, as an instructor of Shumei DOKI, she applies knowledge that is fundamental NOT just for any actor, but is also universal health advice. What to learn from “sensei”? Sensei’s advice is nothing technical or complex.

On the program, she was defined as 止まらない勝生 (tomaranai katsuki). The unstoppable Katsuki.

It’s weird because Katsuki’s theme is “freedom”: Having little preparation of getting into the part, and let the flow run free. Why is that? It’s due to the pressure. An actor’s mind should be released of pressure. Now, I will elaborate on sensei’s performance style or Katsuki-ryuu (勝生流).

This is the Refresh Style (リフレッシュ術).

心構え = 勝生流声優道
Prepation/readiness/mental atitude = Katsuki style VA path

One of the techniques to release this pressure or stress is LAUGHING! I recall her appearance on “BLEACH B STATION”, hosted by Morita Matsukazu (the C.V of Kurosaki Ichigo) and answered a question from someone regarding “being scared”

And K’s answer was “WARAE” or “to laugh!”.

BLEACH B STATION
舞台に立ったときにあがらない為のアドバイスを下さい!

勝「みんなあがってんだよっ!」

Tell me advice to stand on stage.
Everyone get up!

The majority of her explanation in Shumei Doki is about a strong mentality, or there is “little matter”.

I found a hilarious photo regarding the “laughing” advice in connection to the program and I have yet to find it (and I am totally upset about it).

Using the voice

anatomy-of-the-larynx-by-arijit-3-638.jpg
The diaphragm, which is the piece of muscle underneath your ribcage that supports your lungs and the flow of air, has an important function in breathing, thus your voice. Another important factor for your use of voice is your larynx. To put it simply, the muscles you contain in neck and chest must coordinate equally. This is necessary when singing, using the muscles in continuum.

Your vocal cords (in laryx) function by vibrating from air and making sound. Because you breathe outward while speaking, laryx goes down and your cords close. Avoid touching the back of something with tongue (or muscles). To not stray far from the point and not into science, the point is that breathing is highly important. You have a versatile voice capable of making sound, including tone change. So confidence shall be a factor in a good performance because it’s both physical and mental. Inflection is important as well; not just voice but the use of speech.

Listen to a contrabass flute of different range of “low” notes.

A mental effort is a significant factor within a performer not just for the practice and conveying for a character, but to avoid self-indulgence, and to know what to expect from such a job (ie: difficult products, criticism/ugly remarks, etc). This also includes your mistakes. Also, a confrontation of a physical and mental disorder. There should be a step-by-step patience and motivation.

Part 2 and further elaboration should come another time.

About Katsuki-san:

Spreading the love? About @GL_Phantasy + an Issue in Michigan

What good am I? If I don’t promote my own platform, expecting someone to see it?

Once in a while, on social media, I like to share news or some knowledgeable tidbits that I happen to pass by. About future developments such as what we see in outer space, renewable gas, school techniques, touching stories about the handicapped, local sports, military, etc. Not necessarily politics. Something with some kind of meaning. So, I made an account to spread interest in different themes.

Maybe I didn’t think too ahead.

To provide advertisement, networking, and maybe advice with research. For example, you want to work in psychology so you and I should find a way to spread counseling (or maybe you want to be a teacher, and you want to do writing). For example on writing, you can give me one of your essays to put on my blog. Also, advertising donation pages, and maybe my own personal projects if I ever find time.

I’m not too embarrassed by it. It’s something that I always enjoyed. It’s something I think social media should be used for.

On the deeper end, it is a selfish reason to grow money. I also have my insecurities as desirable money doesn’t come soon and net popularity is unpredictable.

Being human, I can be selfish and financial insecurity is one of the top issues in the United States.

  • BOSTON REVIEW: 80 Percent of Americans Experience Economic Insecurity (Fischer)
  • theatlantic.com: What Is Driving America’s Financial Woes? (Green)
  • It’s funny when people can get paid for their own opinion or sharing information via free writing, or exposing rhetoric. It is not that strange to do then?

I even considered AdSense and changing the blog address, since the website’s name is a bit ridiculous, and who is interested in a person called “Doggie”? You don’t exactly find a place called “Supra anything” and expect something useful. It is indeed in the name. You see “Conservative Wagon”, you think political; you see “StickWithIt”, you may think…of a few things.

More importantly, the views don’t stack up so it’s not a good idea for me to try Adsense. Various people always note about the unpredictability of net popularity.

TO be honest, despite the blog address, I want people to read more. That’s why I do comic reviews. I plan to do more for novels.

My six-year-old niece is in a growing psychological stage in her life and has to start being more comfortable in reading. She’s also saving money in her piggie bank (or trying to). Reading is a growing problem in Michigan, particularly southern Michigan (AKA: The troll land), where over 80% of the Detroit residents are not proficient in reading and math. For the latter, I’m probably one of them and I stay clear from accounting.

Apparently, in Detroit, it is getting so bad that they have to sue the goverment and local teachers for making their children illiterate. I even brought that up at one point.

CNSNews.com: Detroit Public Schools: 93% Not Proficient in Reading; 96% Not Proficient in Math

CNS states 90%, while I see comments starting 50%; it’s still too high. Among that, there is also the issue with real estate and crime.

So, I thought, “If I could do something, I’d like it”. At the most, I can only offer exposure for these articles whether they are frauds or not.

    It was genuine tears.

If anyone has read or watched Hajime no Ippo, you know that there are some significantly strong rivals that Ippo had to face. Miyata, Sendo, Vorg, and Mashiba are among a few.

One of the seniors of the Kamogawa gym, a junior light weight (AKA: Super feather weight), Kimura Tatsuya had a rough school life with his pal Aoki and was inspired to train in boxing. Within this sport, this “ex-thug” also had to face challenges unlike before.

The OVA “Kimura vs Mashiba: Execution” (はじめの一歩 間柴vs木村 死刑執行) is beautiful in and out. You would do yourself a disservice if you don’t watch this after the first TV series. Despite being a veteran, Kimura Tatsuya is a total human being. You wouldn’t see him much as a competent boxer considering the spotlight has been on Ippo. Also, Kimura and Aoki has had risen through the ranks. When Kimura realized that he had to fight Mashiba,, he had insecurities and started comparing himself to Miyata and Ippo, well-known fighters. Not to mention, Mashiba is quite known for being terrifying, and sending boxers into retirement.

The OVA also teaches you that you can have ups and downs, and you can teach yourself new tricks.

The C.V of Kimura is FUJIWARA KEIJI, who has been on a rather long hiatus for medical reasons, and has finally returned. I am quite happy as I was floored by his Kimura. I’m quite glad actually, since he plays a lot of goofy and rough guys, but there’s a complete concept of humanity within Kimura that can be praised, different from Fujiwara’s Leorio, ACDC (Esedesi), Holland (Who is great too), Axel and Reno, etc.

Hajime No Ippo has an ensemble cast of characters, many men of different backgrounds and personalities. I recommend it even though I am not a boxing fan.

Hiroshi, take it easy. Don’t hop back in too quickly.
